Petal Sphere Atelier – Return Policy

All Petal Sphere Atelier pieces are artist-made and produced on an order-to-made basis. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Items
Because each piece is created after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect bloom theme selection, or size preference.

2. Eligible Cases for Review
A replacement or refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Clear product defects

  • Significant damage during shipping

  • Receiving an item substantially different from your order

3. Handmade Nature
Each artwork is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in color tone, brush texture, or natural material placement are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders
Items that include custom lettering, personalized designs, or artwork created from customer-provided images (such as portraits or ultrasound images) are final sale and may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment due to incorrect information.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
