Domestic Shipping (US & CA)
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all orders within the United States and Canada. Orders are carefully packaged to preserve the integrity of each handmade artwork during transit.
Processing Time
All items are made-to-order. Production time may vary depending on the artwork and customization details. Estimated processing times will be provided at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a verified defect, Petal Sphere Atelier will cover the cost of the exchange or return shipping.
However, prior approval is required before any item is sent back.
